Lost

I see him walk through the hall

Hoping he will fall

Like I did for him

My eyes start going dim

Everything has speckled spots

He won me over with more than "the hots"

I have falled to the ground

I'm on my back, faces all around

I look for his but it's nowhere in sight

Finding it, my heart takes off in flight

But his eyes aren't for me, only for her

In her button down shirt, such a lure

So that's that, just the end

I close my eyes, nothing left to defend

What started in joy ended in pain

With no control, my tears fall like rain
