Lost
Lost along my way
My heart, it goes grey
Where do I go?
How will I even know?
I hear advice that’s good
But I don’t know if I should
Follow this or that
Perhaps I should just be a doormat
I know I can’t do this
Even though life is not bliss
Where would I be without
All of those times to pout
I must go on proud
To soar higher than a cloud
Reach the stars, I must
For I am not like rust
Decay is not my style
I will go the extra mile
Bumpy will be my path
Even if I do the math
But maybe that’s okay
That I am lost along my way
