Lost

My heart dances in the sky as each beat makes a melody, Searching for this girl who is lost in the galaxy. She's floating away lost in the wind, moving as slow as she can, Running away from every little problem that she has. All I see is a shadow that's black as a midnight cat, moving further and further into the galaxy. I hear the wind howling whispers in my ear that leave those creepy cold chills all over your body, which smelled like cotton candy freshly made Wanting to go after her I couldn't pull my weight towards her, as if I weighed more than a ton, for some reason I just couldn't go. I was struggling to be free with tears and frustration that was building upon me, When all of a sudden she turned around, was then that I realized that girl is me.
