Lost

I've begun to feel lost in myself...

Lost in the thought of the future...

Lost in the thought of the past...

Lost in life...

It's like I've become a wandering ghost that's haunting myself.

As a child the thought of the future was so distant and out of reach but now it's so close.

It's close enough to the point of suffocation.

I can't breath anymore.

I can't think straight anymore.

All I want to do is lose myself...if only for a moment I wish I no longer had the ability to think.

I wish for peace, for happiness, for anything besides this constant sadness.

When will I find myself again?

I'm so tired of feeling lost.
