Lost

As tears stream down your soft face

While waiting for the warmest embrace that brings security and comfort to your heart

The distance between them tears them apart but ensures they will never part

The black hole of void and insecurities builds up,
Builds down,
And right back up again until it erupts

You scream,"why me! Why me! Save me from this suffering,
Sadness,
Emptiness for eternity!"

You lash out, cry, shout out until your tattered soul can take no more, exhausted, and on the brink of destruction and corruption

But one,
only one, ray of light guides this soul,
this distraught soul, to the light,
And this lost soul guides another
