Lost
I find myself here again going round and round
wandering endlessly between your fingertips
aimlessly stumbling between your chest
feeling the rise and fall of your breath
engrossed in the rhythm of your heart
beating consistent and strong, “you and me, me and you.”
I leave bread crumbs in the folds of your skin
marking where I’ve been to find my way back.
I am lost in love.
