Lost and Found

My dad hated me

I need to find you

My mom hated me

I need to find you

My sister hated

I needed to find you

My grades were slipping

But then I found you

I loved life

Because I found you

I enjoyed school

Because I found you

I always felt happy

But then I lost you

My mom's mom died

And I lost you

I became a jerk

Because I lost you

I really needed to find you

I looked and looked

You ran and ran

I continued to look

You continued to run

But then you turned around

And you ran faster

But instead of running away

You ran straight into my arms

I never stopped looking

And then one day

I Found You
