Lost and Found

Selfish people are all around,

Never doing a good deed.

Quickly they are drowned

By their own lives and greed.

The most precious thing wasted,

A relationship with their own flesh and blood.

Too hard to keep so they skated

Away from their stud.

Ending up in a pool of sorrow at the end,

Not realizing what they have lost.

Having to do anything in order to mend

At whatever cost.
