The Lost Boy
There's this boy, he's not much of a social butterfly. He doesn't understand the meaning of life. He looks up to people older than he is. I don't know his story telling me why he is the way he is. He needs guidance, not only from me, but the world. He's alone in this great big world. He will be swallowed by the waves in the ocean if he doesn't find someone soon. No one will help him, I have to. He needs me more than anything. I don't understand his ways.
His best friend is a long board. I see him and his long board riding on the streets through town. He looks weak, I can see it in his eyes. I want to adopt him and give him shelter. I want to feed him and keep him away from the family who doesn't care about what he does. I wish I could help him. Am I capable of helping him?
