Lost Boy

A storybook love  affair,

A lurid heartbreak

Left my heart without faith.

He was the boy who never wanted to grow out

And I was his Wendy.

Well atleast that's how the story was told.

He was a lost boy until the minute's last.

A broken record, a lost soul.

But you never know about his past.

Our love became quidescent, almost false.

Yet still i was the one who found him

...my lost boy who only experienced lost.

I taught him to smile, laugh......... love even.

He took my soul, all I had.

then one night I stared at the window and saw my Peter Pan leaving.
