The Lost Friends

The days when we used to play in mud And in springs we bloomed like buds The days when we used to run And in rainfalls we had fun The days when we used to drink from one cup And in dirt we used to splash water in one tub The days when we had meals together Those days, full of fun, were better Yesterday we had dirt on our bodies Today we have rifts in our hearts Yesterday we used to laugh without a reason Today, to laugh, we have to find a reason Yesterday we caught memories in our eyes Today we have painted our faces by dyes To have fun, to enjoy, to laugh we had ways Can you please bring me those good old days?
