Lost girl’s soul

Depression took over her encaged soul

She either felt the highs or the lowest of the lows

She’d cried at night to her unborn son

Wishing he didn’t have to be bothered with a demented mum

She’d prayed hard it would finally end

Lying in her bed with a knife in her hand

A leper of society’s realm

Anxiety built

Now she’s overwhelmed and nothing can help

Tears fell upon her soft ivory skin

That night she finally made the decision

her life would end

Eight years has passed but still in disbelief

For her daughter’s laugh haunt her in her sleep

She stands in the crypt

Looking at her daughters last bed

Feeling lost without her daughters guide

Saddened to know their was nothing she could do

For her little girl’s lost soul
