A Lost Island
On a small island, to us it’s big
For everyone else, we don’t exist
Taking walks in Clove Lake Park
Basically our own Central Park
The zoo Wednesday, it’s free
Nothing has changed
There is nothing exciting to see
Going to save the money for the mall this week
Wants some Ice Cream?
Too Bad Ralph’s is closed
Edgers is the way to go
Forest Avenue is Time Square
Especially the Holiday Stroll
Filled with Hot Coco in the air
Teens trespass into Seaview
Taking insta flicks
Never understood the excitement behind it
Wagner kids go to the extreme
Ordering Dunkin Donuts
As their daily routine
We’re not trash anymore
Were tired of Method Man thoughts
Staten Island is not that bad
Or the best
Just give it a try
You will eventually leave with the rest
