lost little one

If I wrote you a poem, would you see every line that has been spoken?

Hear every word that has been written?

Let it touch your heart and crush it into a millon of pieces?

A young womans mind cries out for help through words inked upon this blank page.

Hear me out, I need you, or just one, just one to hear my story,

to feel the pain of love and hate all at once,

to enjoy the tears that fall upon her cheek with joy and sorrow

laugh at the jokes that are hidden in the riddle of madness

and extract the sadness from this lost soul.

Here we go again, she thought, brain stroming through a wind tunnel

so many memories of her life begins to flash her by,

trying to grasp it, but it slips like sand through her tiny little fingers

trapped with no breath to breathe,

deep in the ocean shes drowing till she sleeps.

"Release me, and let me be, let my fingers do the talking, and let your eyes do the hearing,

Here is my heart, take it so no love will be lost, no love will be found and no love will be gained

Lock it away, and throw the key, for this is who I want to be"

Madness fills her head, and tricks start to play mind games

"Who am I? Who are you? Who are we? Who is she?"

a little voice starts dancing questions in her head

as the spinning comes to a stop, awaken in a world where reality, is not as is seems.
