lost memories

I've forgotten what it feels like, the love another. No, I don't mean like a sister or brothers. I mean that one person, the one who knows your fears. The one who pats your back, the one who wipes your tears! The one who you believe to matter most. They say "I love you" and those words take root. They lay seed in your brain, and begin to take host. So long has it been, since I've felt the love of another. I search, and I search, I search everyday! Still I come home. Filled with dismay.
