Lost in my thoughts

The more they look at me

The more I think

And when I think it’s not good

But why are they looking at me

Is there something on me

Or is it my outfit

Or maybe I said something wrong

But what if it’s just my mind playing tricks on me

And they aren’t really looking at me

I get so lost in my thoughts

And sometimes at night or when i’m alone

I overthink and I get so lost in my thoughts that

I get sad and start to cry

But what can help that

My mind just drifts off

No one can change this

I'm either anxious or sad

And anxiety and depression can never ever truly be cured

And “the help” that you think im getting

Will never really cure me

It might make things better

But will never make it go away

So until the end I will forever be lost in my thoughts
