To The Lost Ones
You look in the mirror and don't like what you see
Just know that other people care about you
You can find out firsthand what it's like to be me
I know how it feels be what you've been through
There's people out there that can help and that care
Just when you think everythings good, then it goes bad
You think about doing harm, but don't you dare
Know it's not hard to feel unsad
You are not alone and there's people like you
You are needed, and people like what you do
You think you can just give up and you'll be free
You look at yourself and just think, "ew"
But you are unique and many people agree
And you shine bright with a golden hue
Yes, life is a mess and a huge nightmare
But it doesn't mean you should put yourself down and be sad
You are worth it and special, you're just anaware
Take the good out of yourself and it's not so bad
Look in the mirror again and start anew
There are so many interesting things about you
When you're in a bad situation and you want to flee
Know that all the bad things they say aren't true
You think you're a failure, but you'll get that college degree
Just know that I'm here for you in all that you do
Think of me as your supporter, your comrade
Sometimes, you think of life as a scare
But I'm here for you as your shoulder pad
You think of shutting people out, but they actually care
Because you are beautiful to me, just as you
You are beautiful in all that you do
