Lost Ones

We never know what may happpen in the future

loved ones die , our family cries.

It;s so hard to let go

all the pain inside , cold as snow.

My father passed at age 11

I wonder if he went off to heaven.

Cancer took that man away from me

but i became the woman he wanted me to be.

I stayed in school and got great grades

but it still didnt take way the pain.

Everyone dies, its apart of life

We just know that theyre not coming back

So ill be patient till my time is next.
