Lost In The Sea

I'm listening to a song

A song of betrayal and lies

I'm tired of acting of acting nice to save your pride

After all I've done for you in such a short ride

I don't get a single hi

I treated you so right

That I thought if it came down towards disaster it would've been worth the fight

But my heart got destroyed by an incoming meteorite

Not too long ago we both made a promise to not break each others hearts

I met my end of the bargain

Yet you did not up to yours

How can you say “It doesn't feel right , but you still love me.” We both know that's some BS

You never loved me; you never even cried

You were using me; I should've listened

Didn't want to believe the hype

Even I saw I saw it coming; that's what hurts the most

I could've stopped the bleeding

I can't understand why you lied to me

Why you played me like a fiddle

Not even a little

The biggest question is… Why me?

There's a school of fish in this sea

Probably thinking I can trick him easy

Congrats to you

You brought me to one knee…

Just one as I am still at war

Until then I'm still waiting for

Someone to finish me off

Although I can't help feeling

That I'm lost.
