Lost soul

She tries to hide it,

she is slowly dying inside

waiting for someone,

something to show the light

A women of anger.. anger and strife

slowly becoming demoralized

She was once so strong

She was once so brave

Now she is slave to her own mental disarray

She was once so strong

she was once so brave

No she slowly slips away

Numbing herself to sleep

Numbing herself to forget the pain

As it is the only way

She can be helped

She can be saved

But instead she chooses to fade away

She can’t be helped

She can’t be saved

She will forever slip away

She will fall down the pit of despair

Once she hits the bottom she nor anyone will ever care

Her voice will not be heard, as it can’t reach the top

Only the memory of her will occasionally braise the minds of the people who have long forgot..
