The Lottery

A lottery ticket? No, not for me Me, I never win ...But with a jackpot so high, not to buy one would be a sin I'm starting to dream; expectations are high. to what far away places would I first fly? Of course I would help the poor and the needy, after all I'm not that greedy There'll be new houses for me and my family, college tuition would be like buying candy. It's finally here. today is the day the drawing is just moments away there-the first number rolls -no its not the one.still some more to come. No, they're no hit either. What a waste.
