Lotus


I am so young but yet I feel so old The sun sits high but yet I feel so cold Sometime I question the route I chose I question what it is that I behold I wonder how things would unfold I tried to navigate my way into your soul To find that the gate has been closed Was there anything different from those Pardon my French, but the one we call hoes We talked about this before so I wasn't like you didn't know If I was the old me I’d take this time to blow But as life moves on, we all have to grow
