Lotus

I never called myself a poet I used to believe that poems had to rhyme. No I never called myself a poet, an artist is what I am. You hear the word art and think drawing, painting. For me it's much more. I am a lotus submerged in murky waters that is the life I live, rising in the sunlight a new day of endless possibilities. I am an artist there's a poem, a drawing, a story deep inside of me. I am a lotus rising each day with new possibilities.
