Louisiana Children’s Museum

Louisiana Children’s Museum

In New Orleans' heart, where bayous sway,

Children's laughter fills the air each day.

From Julia Street to City Park's array,

A museum where young minds come to play.

Interactive wonders, bright and grand,

Invite young explorers to understand.

From science to art, history unplanned,

Through touch and play, knowledge expands.

Tiny hands touch, small feet explore,

Through colorful halls with learning galore.

Here, discovery's journey helps spirits soar,

Unveiling new worlds to further adore.

Step into a realm where waters flow,

Where Mississippi's currents clearly show.

How rivers bend, and marshlands grow,

As children learn, minds aglow.

Climb high and reach up to the sky,

On balance beams where courage can fly.

Inside this place where dreams run high,

Sharing the joy as time goes by.

From climbing towers to crafting art,

Each corner fuels a curious heart.

Whispering winds of tales impart,

Of bayous, jazz, and steamboats' start.

Painting futures vibrantly with zest,

Building bridges, stories expressed.

Weaving dreams that stand the test,

In this haven where learning's blessed.

Volunteers guide with hearts of cheer,

In spaces where knowledge feels so near.

Nonprofit in spirit, their mission clear,

In Louisiana's heart, wisdom to revere.

The Children's Museum, NOLA's great feat,

Not just a place, but a spark so sweet.

Where every visit plants a seed to meet,

Future dreamers who'll learn and lead.
