Love

I come home excited

I have good news

I wait for you in anticipation

Grinning from ear to ear

You come home and I'm elated

But

Your face is sullen

Your shoulders are slumped

Your aura is sad

And without a word

I hug you

It'll be alright

I love you

Love means we share the sadness with the happiness.

Love is sometimes sacrafice.

Love transcends words.
