Love

A burden

A compainion.

A dominion.

A domination.

A spark.

A candle.

A picture.

A mantle.

For one to hang countless knick knacks,

dedicated to their beloved.

A brain.

A mind.

A set of arms.

Constricting the prey.

Love is lost when it is never taken, only given.

"One must love themselves to love others."

A phrase that plagues the valves of a broken heart

Never in actuality.

Just a contrived view of mental health.

Love and dependance aren't synonyms.

Not even deaf or blind.

Before you seal that three word promise

Make sure you draw that line.
