LOVE.

I drove to your job

When your car wasn't working

Because I love you.

I wrote some haikus

As a scholarship poem

Because I love you.

I check my iPhone

So I can respond quickly

Because I love you.

I play wholesome songs

Although I prefer hip-hop

Because I love you.

I make an effort

To show appreciation

Because I love you.

I am not forceful

Even when we disagree

Because I love you.

I know I have flaws

But trust you will forgive them

Because I love you.
