Love

When a boy becomes

your reason to breathe,

it's time to stretch your lungs

You have gone weak in the knees

so much that your legs shake

trying to stand on your own

A healthy relationship

isn't about suffering

A healthy relationship

should be comforting

It's about communication

and not frustration

It's about having trust

and not believing

that every friendship I build

with others

is for lust

Darling, no other person

should give sole meaning to your life

Please spend a little more time

falling in love with yourself
