To Love

As I slowly count the clouds float across the lifeless clear blue sky I see the distress grow in her eyes. It consumes all the she sees. Everything she had vanished Gone, in a heartbeat. Her love was golden like the sun For she would plant her soul into the ground Just to protect the little beauty left.
