Love

Love is a lot like the ocean,

It can hit you hard,

Sometimes you can’t handle it,

Other times you learn to stand strong.

It can be smooth,

Waves cascading softly,

There is no such thing as time.

Once in a blue moon,

The waves don’t have a harshness to them,

They flatly rock back and forth,

That’s when you know.
