Love?

She was afraid of the unknown.

She was afraid of the truth.

She was afraid she didn't matter to you.

She was afraid of the light, because it would reveal her secret.

She was afraid of your touch, even though it did her no wrong.

She was afraid of a simple love song.

See what you don't know is that she hides, from the monsters,

she keeps inside.

She wasn't afraid of you.

Just your love.  Because your love.

Could undo everything she does. So is she afraid?

I write about love and heart break , and with every piece I want people to feel what I felt when I write
