Love

To the American people,

Why oh why is there so much hate.

For those who look a different way.

This country needs something to mediate.

And stop this racism soon someday.

Those who discriminate and those who judge.

Need to find a way to accept love.

Perhapes this mediator will get them to budge.

And will let them see the white dove.

This nation has past wounds that need to seal.

Forgiveness and acceptance must arise.

To sweep away this trama and let them heal.

We need unity and strength to cement these ties.

Togetherness not division is they way to survive.

In doing this so the country shall thrive.
