love

we say it but do we mean it

we hear it but do we see it

some dies without given the chance of knowing

what love can really do

love get us acting like fools

making up drool over the one we care about

some people love for fun

other love to be done with the search

of the perfect relationship we fail to see

people search over mountains beyond the sea

for someone as loyal as me

for greatness and glory to thee

my father failed to tell the true story

of love that is so painful

we choose to hide and not believe

that no matter how hard you love

it will never be good enough
