love
Love scares me
because I thought what we had was real and I thought that the feeling when you kissed me meant that nothing would ever break us,
you calmed the storm that was raging in my heart and I thought to myself...
this is love
Then suddenly our late night conversations turned into weeks of no communication and I was scared because what I thought was love was gone,
but then I realized that if how you made me feel can be topped by something even greater,
then the anticipation of being held by arms that actually want me shouldn't be classified as fear but rather as hope that something like love
may actually exist
