love
Love is like an old rusty knife
Or a soft breeze on a morning tide
It can bring you comfort like a
warm cup of tea on a winter night
Or leave you out to die like a
stranded shore after the tide
One reminds you of the summer beaches
And the other reminds you of sleepless nights asking why
Love makes your inner child alive
It can also be the reason why it died
But one cannot find love in anyone else
Until they have found it in themselves.
