Love

When we're children

we're able to convince ourselves that the ground is lava, and if we touch it

we'll get burned

as we get older we say, "well maybe we can touch it just this once"

once

         twice

                     three times

eventually we forget that there was danger at all

and by the time we remember

                                       Only Ash Remains
