Love

This feeling I came to fear

The thought it accompanied I hated to remember

There was unexplainable pain following it

Then I had let you in, and shockingly I felt secure

slowly my heart began to surrender

I didn't expect this, but truthfully I couldn't resist

Silently this feeling started to reappear

I wasn't positive yet, but I wanted to seize this adventure

I wanted to see if true love really did exist

I won't allow my past to interfere

You understand me, you know my heart is tender

Because of this I allowed for true loves kiss

Now hold you closely my dear

What we have is love and we stand strong together

My heart is yous, to you I commit
