Love Is
Everyone tries to describe love.
To put it into words.
But it is not that simple.
Love cannot be placed into categories and set apart.
It is undefinable
And ever changing.
Love is something that connects all of humanity.
Everyone loves.
But it is also something that separates us.
Makes us each individuals.
Because everyone loves differently
And everyone's love is different.
Although love may not be tangible
You can still feel it.
Although love may not be visible
You can still see it.
Although love may not be audible
You can still hear it.
All around you.
And that is the beauty of love.
It is not just a feeling.
Not just another emotion.
It is a mystery.
Something that will always be shrouded
In wonder and doubt.
Because love is not always certain
Yet it is certainly there.
Love is contradictions.
It makes you like things you hate
And hate things you like.
It is not permanent
Yet it never leaves.
It is constantly growing and transforming.
It is not always beautiful
Yet it is still a thing of beauty.
Love cannot be set in stone
Yet it can be found in the nature
All around us.
No one knows what love truly is
Until they find it.
But once it is found
It is known.
