The one who’s eyes roam can be depicted as mysterious. It can be that those eyes within are trapped and can’t look far. Maybe those eyes are hurt. Maybe those eyes are worried. Those eyes can tell a thousand words. Can you read them? To establish the relationship, you must interpret those eyes. You must be able to reach and grasp the attention. It must be evident that those eyes are focused on you. Those eyes might see you as inconspicuous. How can you attract? How can you, with those eyes?
