Love Actually...sucks
roses are red
violets are blue
this holiday's stupid
no matter with who
I don't want flowers
I don't want toys
I hate chocolate
just quiet the noise
keep your fancy jewelry
keep your bottle of wine
if you want the truth
you'd be wasting your time
I know you still love me
trust me I do
but I have to learn to love myself
and you should too
because flowers die
memories fade
February 15th comes
our problems still remain
you told me you'd do better
you promised and swore
it's been 4 months now
you're still complacent, even more than before
we've been friends for seven years
I gave you my all
you gave me that and more
but allowed yourself to fall
I left to find myself and give you some space
to work on yourself
and you've shown me so much grace
But you're still the same person
Nothing has changed
you're happy where you are
and that's perfectly fine
but it breaks my heart to say
I can't be your valentine
the roses have wilted
the violets are dead
and my heart is broken
but I mean what I've said
