Love and War

I know the reason why we are here

is because of war

the US defending or conquering to better the lives of its people

hate is what brought us here so we can love

but we can’t blow away the ashes of the past

all the wars, the billions of people dying of unnatural cause

will forever be in our memories

hints why we love to numb the dark past

before Love comes war
