The Love of Another

I see her in the day and think about her at night

I wonder if she feels the same

Wishing I had the courage to ask her to be mine

Hoping to someday tell her my feelings is what I truly desire

Then I realize she has found another

Not telling her sooner was my mistake

And I wish to have a retake

But why bother?

The wish of her being my Juliet and I her Romeo is over

My body hurts as I relive the moment

I wish to forget the time she found the love of another
