Love does not fit a specific mold
Each person expresses their love differently
Wether it be they wear their heart on their sleeve
Or they quietly show their affections through their actions
There is no definition as to what love can be
There are no boundaries as to who one can love

Love can be platonic
Like the love between siblings
Who will always be there for each other no matter what
Who lift each other up when the other is down
Who look up to each other
Who laugh and play together, even after they've grown up
And although they may bicker and say harsh things, they would be lost without each other

Love can be between friends
Who will be there for each other through thick and thin
Who will create countless inside jokes
Who will go on adventures together
Who will drop everything to comfort each other
Who will always offer helpful advice if needed
And although the friendship may fade over time, the memories will last forever

Love can be romantic
Like the love between soulmates
Who profess their undying love for each other every day
Who support each other no matter what
Who encourage each other
Who cry together and laugh together
Who never lose that spark, even after a decade together
And although they may argue, they never go to bed angry

However there is one thing love can not be
