Love Changes

Because I love you, we became best friends

Because I love you, we laugh and have fun

Because I love you, I became attached

Because I love you, I follow you around like a dog

Because I love you, I play the role you want me to play

Because I love you, I pretend to smile and laugh

Because I love you, I grin and bear the pain, when you choose someone else as your #1,

Because I love you, I withstand the mean remarks and criticism

Because I love you, I endure the feelings of being an outsider

Because I love you, I understand why you drifted away

Because I love you, I enjoy the memories we had

Because I love you, I let you go

and found someone new

Because I love them, I was introduced to a new world

Because I love them, I finally belong

Because I love them, I enjoy every time spent with them

Because I love them, my walls were broken down

Because I love them, I live life to the fullest

Life is good
