Love is a Choice

When you truly love someone, you show them you care;

like when they are cold or hungry you aren't to selfish to share.

It means admitting that you are wrong and that they are right,

and sometimes taking the fault to avoid a fight.

Although, hard to explain, I'm definitely sure,

you will know when its true love;

it's not always perfect, but definitely pure.

Like the white feathers of a dove.

You don't always have to say you love them using your voice,

sometimes it's the actions even when you don't feel it.

It's a little emotion, but more of a choice.

That's why you know it's true love when you see it.
