Love of a Dog

I come home and you´re there, my faithful dog.

I look around at the mess I have made.

With you there is no need for dialogue.

I look at you and all my problems fade

On the darkest days I will find my way.

You live for my love and my attention.

You desire to hear what I have to say.

You just want all of my adoration.

I leave you and it breaks your golden heart.

I know no matter what, you will be there.

You would hate for us to be torn apart.

To you no other can ever compare.

Without you I don't know where I would be,

Only you can see the light within me.
