Love Eternal

 Song of Solomon 8:6 New King James Version

The Shulamite to Her Beloved

6 Set me as a seal upon your heart, As a seal upon your arm;

For love is as strong as death, Jealousy as cruel as the grave;

Its flames are flames of fire,  A most vehement flame.

Love is strong as death, so true love overcomes that?

God is love in fullness and we should love one another

Love will be forever and the Eternal understands that

Love overcomes the world to prepare the perfect other

Before the foundation of the world, love was already ruling

At the end of the temporal love is still in Eternal charge

It is not how a man behaves and how much he invests in schooling

It is how he lives his life in love as Grace will mark the charts

To believe His love for God’s sake then rather feel it just like me

As God’s nurtures you in your walk you’ll move from feeling to believing

With our emotions quiet and calm we may hear His voice and see

That through quiet and soft intuition in Christ, I am able to be free
