Love Exists / Abu Karim
As love exist, the world is still alive;
flowers bloom in trees.
In all rivers and marshes different
colored fish swim at ease.
I enjoy songs night long and keep
lying in your lap that my heaven is.
On the white space between two songs
I go on drawing scribbles.
So many melodies, so many songs,
I look at you on the sly,
and you enjoy my peeping really.
The constant old things like rivers,
the moon, dew drops at night.
You shudder in dense green touches;
I have cast Cupid’s arrow at you, your plight.
Some people unknown lit light out of love,
and all flowers of light spread their petals
to your face. In the world there exists unending love;
still now bees roam on in search of honey
from flowers to flower plants.
