I thought it happened i saw love at first sight

A girl like red roses and the sharpest thorns

Then my body fell and crumbled in fright

As another man takes her hand that looks with a scorn

My heart felt played and shaken her leaving

I told myself she’s my true love even tho i was wrong

I looked for the man and her again while grieving

I had no luck so i started too sing a sad song

The song attracted a crowd of people too me

Everyone except the girl i really thought i loved

I kept singing the sad song but i gave up and let the girl be

Once the crowd shrunk, a girl shouted my name being shoved

She told me i was looking everywhere for you with my might

My dad was scared and took me bc he didn't want love at first sight
