my hair and skin are never
quite as good as they should be
my nails are cracked and
my knees are knobby
but in my heart
there is a lot of love.
there is love or people with whom i work,
people who i go to school with,
people who are nice to me
people who are regulars at my pool,
people who make my life better.

there is
and when you love someone
you can let yourself be loved,
and when you love someone and

you can be as flawed
or flawless as you are comfortable
